To my wife Jane Akers all my property and my interest in the land I hold of Charles Slingsby.

At her death my property to be sold and the profits divided amongst my nephew Robert Simpson and John Akers.

All the furniture and things left to my wife by Betty Ducker may be kept by her.

I appoint my wife and James Burrell of Arkendale, Farmer, as executors.
