Low Harrogate, Yeoman

To John Harper of Low Harrogate, Yeoman, and Croft Wormald of Low Harrogate, Surgeon, the house and premises at Low Harrogate, in which my son Joseph Binns now lives, Upon Trust that they surrender it to him on payment of £600.

To my wife Elizabeth Binns the house in which I now live, with the stabling and other outbuildings, in Low Harrogate, with the use of the furniture &c. 

At her death the same to my Trustees Upon Trust to sell and apply the money. Also the residue of my estates. The money to be divided amongst my sons James Francis Binns, John Binns, and daughters Margaret Wilby and Elizabeth Fryer (my son James to have £300 deducted, my daughter Margaret £450 deducted, and my daughter Elizabeth £100 deducted).

Died 2nd September 1825. Probate 26th October 1825. Effects under £600.
