To my son-in-law William Wright of Pannal, Gentleman, my real estate at Pannal, occupied by myself, John Horner and Joseph Cullingworth (except the two closes called Clark Closes) bounded W by premises of John Ward and myself, N by premises occupied by Simon Ward, Joseph Bailey, Jonathan Ackwith and the Otley/Knaresborough Road, E by premises occupied by Thomas Linforth, John Harper, Joseph Wilkinson, Matthew Wilkinson, and Thomas Noble, Upon Trust to allow my daughter Mary Wade to occupy at a yearly rental of £20 which is to commence when my granddaughter Hannah Collett Wade reaches 21.
