All my real estate to my wife Ann Clayton and my friends William Bradfield, and Samuel Powell Upon Trust to pay the rents and profits to my wife.

At her death the same to be sold and divided amongst my eight children : William Clayton, Elizabeth Dawson, Jane Clayton, Sarah Clayton, Hannah Clayton, Charlotte Clayton, Eliza Clayton, and John Clayton.

All my household goods to my wife.
