All my real and personal estate to my son William Prockter subject to :
To my son William and my son-in-law William Bentley £600 Upon Trust for my son
Bryan Prockter.
After the death of my son Bryan the £600 to be shared amongst my son and daughters,
William, Mary Bentley, Ann Skirrow, and Sarah Knapton.
To my son Bryan £10.
To my daughter Ann £450.
To my son Samuel Prockter £20.
To my daughter Mary £450, of which I wish that £250 be given to her children.
To my daughter Elizabeth Dickinson £260.
To my daughter Sarah £20.
I appoint my son William executor.

Codicil - 19th October 1826
The £600, at the death of my son Bryan, is to be split :
£50 to Mary. £100 to Elizabeth.
The residue to William, Ann, and Sarah.
[There is then a re-arrangement of the £450 to Mary]
