To my wife Elizabeth Smith all my real and personal estate.

At her death the same to my son John Smith, chargeable with the following legacies :

£300 to my daughter Ellen Bradfield.

£400 to my daughter Charlotte Smith and some furniture and bedding.

£300 to my daughter Elizabeth Robinson.

Should Charlotte die within one year of my wife, then £200 of that legacy to go to John Robinson of Ripon, Timber Merchant, In Trust, for the benefit of her daughter Matilda Smith. The remaining £200 to my grandson Thomas Smith.

Died 29th January 1828. Probate 21st May 1828. Effects under £100.
