All my household contents to my wife Mary Boddy.

My real and personal estate to my friends Francis Pullan of Harrogate, Yeoman, and Samuel Powell of Knaresborough, Upon Trust to permit my wife to receive the profits of the house in Leeds now occupied by Jeremiah Nettleton, and to receive an annuity of £30.

To my niece Ursula Rhodes, the wife of Richard Rhodes of Bishop Monkton, £100.

To my goddaughter Ann Rhodes, my godsons Henry Rhodes and George Rhodes, £10 each.

To my niece Grace Boddy £10.

The residue of the money to be shared by my niece Ursula, my nephew Richard Boddy, my niece Ann Skillington, and my niece Jane Hewson.
