My real and personal estate to my son William Hind and my friend Samuel Powell of Knaresborough, Upon Trust sell and convert to cash to provide an annuity for my daughter Catherine Carlton.

At her death the principal sum to be divided amongst my daughter Elizabeth Hind, my son William and daughter Mary Hogg.

£500 to my daughter Elizabeth.

£100 each to my granddaughters Mary Hogg and Hannah Hind.

The residue of my estate to my daughters Mary and Elizabeth.

I appoint my son William and my daughter Elizabeth as executors.
