To my wife Ann Ellis the income from my real and personal estate.

To my son Joseph Ellis, at 21, my Copyhold estates, subject to the legacy to my wife.

£300 each to my daughters Ann Ellis, Mary Ellis, Elisabeth Ellis, and Jane Ellis, at 21.

I appoint my friends John Bramley, Robert Bramley, and John Moorhouse, Yeomen, all of Clifton with Norwood, as Executors.
