Christopher Baynes - 18th January 1822 - AB116

Hartwith, Yeoman

To my wife Mary Baynes an annuity of £25, to be paid out of my estate at Cinder Hills, Township of Darley. Also the houses, gardens, and crofts, lately owned by John Simpson and bought off his Executors, situated at Burt Yates. Also a waggon of coals annually. Also some named furniture.

To my son Cornelius Baynes £2. Also £100 at the death of my wife.

To my daughter Mary Bradley, the wife of John Bradley, £200, and a further £100 at the death of my wife.

To my son Christopher Baynes all my Copyhold real estate (less that given to my wife) at Burnt Yates, and all other the residue of my estate, and appoint him executor.

Witnesses : John Craven, John Houseman

Died 14th November 1827. Probate 30th May 1828. Effects under £100.
