Marmaduke Bramley - 22nd March 1735 - H011

Birstwith, Parish of Hampsthwaite, Yeoman

I have surrendered my house and 12 acres of land, now occupied by myself and my brother William Bramley, which I now give to my brother William, chargeable with my legacies.

To my sisters Ursuly Coates [Ursuly Bramley] and Ellen Bannister [Ellen Bramley], £60 each; to be paid 1 year after the death of my mother Ellen Bramley.

To Margaret West, the daughter of Samuel West, 40s when she reaches 20 or marries.

Residue of my estates to my brother William whom I appoint Executor.

Witnesses : Thomas Smith, Peter Parker, William Bilton
