James Taylor - 17th September 1736 - H016

Pannal, Dyer

To my only daughter Mary Caldocott [Mary Taylor], wife of Rev John Caldocott, rector of Hooley and Vicar of Great Bentley, Essex, £10; she having already received her child's part of my real and personal estate.

To my son-in-law, John, a black mare.

To my younger son, James Taylor, £60; he having already received part of his share of my real and personal estate.

All my freehold estate in Pannal to my elder son, William Taylor, whom I appoint Executor.

Witnesses : George Bentley, Thomas Webster, Henry Buck

There is an attached note saying he died at Pannal 24th September 1736
