To my wife Mary Bradfield my Copyhold property at Meg Yate, and at her death the same to my son Thomas Bradfield, chargeable with £20 to my son William Bradfield.

Residue of my goods and chattels I give to my wife and my son Thomas, and appoint then Executors.
