William Walker - 28th January 1740 - H076

Brame

To my elder son, William Walker, a parcel of land, now occupied by William Rhodes.

To my youngest son, George Walker, the land now occupied by me, three years after my death, chargeable with 20 to his sister Jane Walker, and an annuity of 50s to his mother, Jane Walker.

To my son William the parcel of land now occupied by William Thorp, chargeable with 20 to his sister Jane three years after my death, and an annuity of 50s to his mother.

I wish George to be apprenticed to his brother William for three years.

I appoint my wife and my son William as Executors.
