To my wife Anne Baynes 1s.

All the rest of my personal estate, goods and chattels, to my son William Baynes, whom I appoint Executor.

I appoint Richard Harrison and Thomas Smith, both of the Parish of Hampsthwaite, as feoffees in Trust until my son William reaches 21.

Should my son die before reaching 21 then what is remaining after his burial to go to Elizabeth Rimor of Northallerton, or to George Baynes of Theakston and his sisters, should she already be dead.
