Stephen Hawkswell - 15th April 1727 - I011

Thrusscross, Yeoman

To my wife Elizabeth Hawkswell an annuity of £4, payable by my grandson Stephen Hardisty, whom I appoint Executor, from the land I give him. Also [named items of household furniture].

To my son-in-law William Hardisty, an annuity of 4s.

To my daughter Elizabeth Hardisty [Elizabeth Hawkswell], wife of William, an annuity of 20s.

To my grandson Stephen, my half house and one pence worth of land, with all the other buildings, chargeable with the above legacies and annuities.

To my granddaughter Mary Hardisty £3 [could be £30].
