appoint Executor, from the land I give him. Also

To my daughter Elizabeth Hardisty [Elizabeth
Hawkswell], wife of William, an annuity of 20s.
To my grandson Stephen, my half house and
one pence worth of land, with all the other buildings, chargeable
with the above legacies and annuities.
