Killinghall

I appoint my nephew Robert Dearlove of Nidd Executor with my wife, he paying my wife an annuity of £4.

To Ralph Smith, Bartholomew Smith, Elizabeth Smith, Thomas Smith, and John Smith, the children of widow Elizabeth Smith of Newton Hale, 5s each after the death of my wife.

To Elizabeth Smith, 2s 6d for a pair of gloves.

To William Kettlewell the £3 I lent him.

To his sisters Elizabeth Kettlewell and Mace Kettlewell, £3 each after the death of my wife.

To my wife Anne Lambe [named items].

Residue of my goods, chattels and personal estate to my nephew Robert.
