Thomas Ransom - 18th April 1729 - I042

Burnt Yates, Blacksmith

All my personal effects and the income from my copyhold estate to my wife Martha Ransom, chargeable with the amounts required with the raising of my son Thomas Ransom until he reaches 21. Should my wife have another child then my son is to pay that child £20 out of my property which he is to have on reaching 21.

If my wife remarries then she is to only receive a bed and £10.

I appoint my landlord William Burnet and my father-in-law George Whiteacre as Executors in Trust.
