Residue of my goods and chattels to William Coates of Ripley whom I appoint Executor. He is to dispose of same and pay the interest to my daughter-in-law Ann Waite for use in the education of her children William Waite and Margaret Waite. This interest is to be transferred to my grandson William when he reaches 21.
