At her death the same to my son John Umpleby, chargeable with £40 to my daughter Mary Umpleby.

To my wife Margaret the higher land at Sinderhills.

At her death the same to my son Joseph Umpleby, chargeable with £40 to my daughter Jane Umpleby.

To my wife Margaret the low land at Sinderhills, and at her death the same to my son Thomas Umpleby.

Residue of my goods, chattels and stock in hand, to my wife Margaret, whom I appoint Executrix. At her death I give £40 to my daughter Hannah Umpleby.
