To my son, John Holgate, my farm and all the stock, and my personal estate, chargeable with £100 each to my two youngest daughters, Mary Howgate and Faith Howgate, when the reach 21. I appoint him Executor. He is also to provide my wife with wheat, bread corn and two loads of coals per year during her life.
