To my daughter Jane Brown [Jane Chippindale], wife of John Brown, £6; to be paid on the death of my wife Elizabeth Chippindale.

To my son John Chippindale, £20 out of my Copyhold estate at West Syke payable after the death of my wife. Should he die before my wife then that sum to be equally divided amongst his children.

Residue of my goods, chattels and personal estate to my wife.

My wife and son Thomas are appointed Executors.
