George Simpson - 8th May 1732 - M011

Knaresborough, Carpenter

To my wife, Alice Simpson, the house in which I now live, also the house occupied by John Thoms, also the house occupied by Richard Coates that I bought from William Dodgson, also the piece of waste ground I bought from Mr Coates on the pinfold hill. Also all my goods and chattels.

If my wife remarries then the same to my son George Simpson, chargeable with 15 each to his sisters Alice Simpson and Hannah Simpson when they reach 21.
