Otley, Blacksmith

I appoint William Burnett of Winsley, Parish of Kirkby Malzeard, and Thomas Rawson of Burnt Yates, Blacksmith.

To my niece Mary Mills £5.

To James Coldbeck, apprentice to a blacksmith at Leeds, £5

To Elizabeth Gill, wife of Francis Gill of Burnt Yates, £2 2s

To William Umpleby of Deighton, son of Thomas Umpleby of Clint, 40s

To Isabel Key, wife of George Key, or either of them, £1 1s

When I die I wish to have a coffin and there be a hot dinner of boiled and roast and a quart of ale. If I die at Otley in the house where I now live then I give £2 2s to them for their trouble.
