At her death or remarriage the same to my children : John Wilks, Elizabeth Wilks, Francis Wilks, and William Wilks.

Should my wife remarry then she is to only receive an annuity of £5; and I appoint Francis Shepherd, my brothers Jonathan Wilksand William Metcalfe as guardians and trustees for my children.
