At her death the same to my granddaughter Dorothy Lund, daughter of my son-in-law Richard Lund.

Should Dorothy die before reaching 21, then the same to my grandson George Lund.

I appoint my friend Edward Norton and my son-in-law Richard as Trustees and Guardians of my granddaughter Dorothy after the death of my wife.

Residue of my real estate, goods and chattels to my wife Dorothy, whom I appoint Executrix.
