William Wrightson - 1st March 1745 - O034

Knaresborough, Yeoman

To my sister [probably sister-in-law] Mary Wrightson my copyhold house in the Manor of Beechill, and at her death the same to my nephews William Wrightson and John Wrightson.

To my nephews William and John £10 each.

To my sister Mary Thorp, wife of Francis Thorp, an annuity of 20s. If she survives her husband then she is to receive £20 within six months of his death.

To my sister Mary Wrightson £7, my household goods and furniture.

To my two nieces Mary Wrightson and Margaret Wrightson £10 each.

To my nephew Thomas Wrightson my house in High Street, Knaresborough, now occupied by Thomas Wilson, and appoint him Executor.

Witnesses : Thomas Collins, John Wright, Christopher Swainston

Note on back of Will stating that on 6th May 1747 £6 was paid to Mary Thorp, wife of the late Francis Thorp, and on 27th September a further £10.
