To my son John Young the part of my house that I bought from Marmaduke Simpson, chargeable with a yearly rent to my wife.

To my son Thomas Young the Carr called the Highend of the Second Part after the death of my wife, chargeable with £44 to my son William. Also chargeable with £5 to my daughter Mary.

To my daughter Mary, £10 after the death of my wife.

I appoint my wife Mary as Executrix.
