Parish of Fewston, Single Woman

To my daughter Elizabeth Graham, my copyhold property in the Hamlet of Birstwith, Township of Clint, consisting of a 2/3rds part of an ancient building, barn, oven house, a close called Great Close, a garth of 1a now occupied by William Thorp the younger, chargeable with £15 to Christopher Holmes, son of Francis Holmes of Denton, within one year of the death of my brother Thomas Hardisty.

Also to my daughter Elizabeth, my ancient building, the two closes called Base Close and Little Close being 2a in Birstwith and now occupied by Edward Kichin.

Residue of my real and personal estate to my daughter Elizabeth, wife of Christopher Graham, carpenter, and appoint her Executrix.
