Newbridge, Parish of Hampsthwaite, Widow

My copyhold ancient building and land in the Hamlet of Timble, and other property in the Hamlet of Fewston, to my grandson John Moorhouse when he reaches 21. should he die before then, then the same to my grandson Samuel Moorhouse when he reaches 21.

To my grandson Thomas Tiplady, £5 when he reaches 21.

To my granddaughter Mary Moorhouse £30 when she reaches 21 or gets married.

To my grandson Samuel Moorhouse £80 when he reaches 21.

To my granddaughter Susanna Moorhouse £40 when she reaches 21 or gets married.

Residue of my personal estate, goods and chattels to my daughter Eleanor Moorhouse whom I appoint Executrix along with my friends Rev Edward Bainbridge and Joshua Hardisty, John Turpin and Thomas Smith.
