At her death or remarriage, the same to my children Mary Reynard, Christopher Reynard, Jane Reynard, and Ann Reynard.

My house at Burnt Yates, now occupied by my son Christopher, to my daughters Jane and Ann.

Residue of my goods and chattels to my wife Jane whom I appoint Executrix. She is also to have the income from my cottage at Burnt Yates.
