Knaresborough, Mason

To Catherine Smith, wife of Ralph Smith of Leeds, my freehold property within the Paris of Leeds. Also an annuity of £3.

To William Smith, son of Ralph, £10.

To all the other children of Ralph £5 each when they reach 21.

To Richard Winterburne and Margaret Parker, wife of William Parker of Collingham, £5 each.

To Thomas Pearson of Poole, my uncle, £2. should he be dead then £2 10s to his widow.

To my niece Ann Norfolk of Poole, £5.

Residue of my goods and chattels to my wife, Jane Pearson, whom I appoint Executrix.
