To my wife Elizabeth Manby my house in Knaresborough, now occupied by Thomas Johnson and Richard Inman.

At her death the same to my son John Manby, chargeable with £15 each to his brothers James Manby and Aaron Manby.

All my goods and chattels to my wife, whom I appoint Executrix.
