My daughter Jane Craven is entitled, on my death, to a half part of a Copyhold estate called Sandy Sikes at Knaresborough.

To my son John Craven my Copyhold property at Knaresborough, this being the other half of Sandy Sikes.

My Freehold property at High Loftus and Rudding Hole to my son John and daughter Jane, and appoint them Executors.

I appoint my brother Reuben Craven and William Clayton Trustees to assist my children in the sale, if necessary, of my property.
