My Copyhold property to my brother William Coates, whom I appoint Executor.

At his death the same to my nephew John Williamson, chargeable with £30 to his brother William Williamson.

To my sister Sarah Waite my featherbed and hangings.

To my brother [in-law ?] John Williamson two large silver spoons.

To my sister [in-law ?] Coates my best gown, quilt, petticoat.

To my sister Waite the remainder of my clothes, she passing on to my nieces Ann and Isabel that which she does not want..

To my nieces Ann and Isabel the £20 my father left me, with all the interest that is due.
