To my daughters Elizabeth Ward and Grace Ward, £30 each. Also a further £20 each after the death of their mother Elizabeth Ward.

To my other two daughters Mary Ward and Ann Ward £30 each when they reach 21; the interest meanwhile to be used for their maintenance and education. Also a further £20 each when their mother dies.

To my son John Ward, £60 when he reaches 21. also a further £20 at the death of his mother.

To my son Abraham Ward, £10.

To my wife Elizabeth an annuity of £7. Also [named items of bedding, furniture, &c]

Residue of my real and personal estate to my son Henry Ward, whom I appoint Executor.
