Knaresborough, Innholder

To Thomas Cass of Knaresborough, Grocer, and Jonathan Wilks of Knaresborough, Common Brewer, the houses in Knaresborough that I bought from Jonathan Wilks, Upon Trust to receive the rents and profits for the benefit of my daughter, Mary Robinson.

At the death of my daughter, my Trustees to convey my property to my grandson William Robinson.

To my grandson William Brunton, £2 10s.

To my grandson Thomas Brunton, £5, to place him out to a trade.

To Francis Brunton, 2s 6d.

Residue of my estate to my Trustees, whom I appoint Executors.

Witnesses : Robert Thompson, Thomas Cornforth, Christopher Swainston
