My three burgage houses in the street called Swine Market, now occupied by John Lazenby, Jane Hayton, William Hutchinson, and myself, to my three sons, John Barker, William Barker, and Ralph Barker.

The residue of my real and personal estate to my three sons, and appoint them Executors.
