My cottage, barn and land at Pannal, known as Hattersley Intack, now occupied by me, to my sons, John Russell and Christopher Russell, whom I appoint Executors. Also all my personal estate and effects.

The above chargeable with and annuity of £8 to my wife, Mary Russell. Also chargeable with £10 to my wife.
