My wife Ann Ingleson, whom I appoint Executrix, to live in my farm and to continue to run it with the assistance of my two sons, Robert Ingleson and Francis Ingleson. If this is not possible then it is to be sold, along with all my household goods, and the money used to defray the mortgage, and include the Hollins land now in my possession.

Whatever remains after her death to be divided between my two sons.
