My Copyhold property to my friends Robert Gilbertson of Harrogate, Innholder, and William Dickinson of Harrogate, Yeoman, Upon Trust, and appoint then Executors :

To sell sufficient real estate, goods and chattels, and personal estate, settle my debts, and pay the following legacies :

To my son John Lund, £5 when he reaches 22.

To my daughter Dorothy Lund, £1 1s.

To my daughters Mary Lund and Ann Lund, 5s each when they reach 21.

The residue of my real and personal estate to my son George Lund.
