I have recently bought off Miss Mary Whitehead and Sarah Whitehead, part of a burgage house and yard at the back of High Street, Knaresborough, and now occupied by me, and also some freehold outbuildings and garden to the rear of that house. I have to convey on the 10^{th April.}

I give the above property to my wife Susannah Webster, and should I die before the 10th April, then the property is to be conveyed to my wife.

Residue of my real and personal estate to my wife, whom I appoint Executrix.
