Bilton with Harrogate

To my wife, Mary Dove, my copyhold property (an ancient building, barn, oven house, and 2½ acres of land) in Bilton with Harrogate, chargeable with the interest on £40 to Francis Taylor, of Bilton with Harrogate.

On the death of my wife, my friends Thomas Smith, at Hirst, and Francis Taylor of Bilton with Harrogate, are to sell this property and repay the £40 to Francis Taylor.

The residue of the sale money to be shared by my children : William Dove, Mary Dove, John Dove, and Elizabeth Dove.

Residue of my personal estate, goods and chattels, to my wife Mary whom I appoint Executrix.
