To my son James Moon, whom I appoint Executor, the ancient building at Cobbysike and the close at Spinksburn, chargeable with an annuity of £5 to my wife Catherine Moon; should she remarry this annuity to reduce to £2. Also chargeable with £100 to be paid to my son William Moon.

To my daughter Ann Ward £20, payable one year after the death of my son James.

To my daughter Mary Eteson £20, payable one year after the death of my son James.

To my daughter Ake Moon £20, payable one year after the death of my son James.

My wife be allowed to have a room in my house, and have a bed, bedding, two chairs, a round table, and other items to furnish that room.
