Thomas Haxby - 25th May 1758 - P093a

Holmes, Parish of Hampsthwaite, Yeoman

To my son Thomas Haxby the west end of my house where I now live and the two closes called Spence Field and Helm Close, chargeable with :

An annuity to my wife of £2 10s.

£28 to my daughter Hannah Parker; £18 payable at my death and the remaining £10 on the death of my wife Mary Haxby.

To my son Robert Haxby the east end of my house and the three closes called Barley Field, Hulby Leas and Well Close, chargeable with :

An annuity of £2 10s to my wife.

£8 to my daughter Hannah on the death of my wife.

Residue of my real estate to be shared equally by my two sons.

Residue of my goods, chattels and personal estate to my two sons, whom I appoint Executors.

Witnesses : Francis Robinson, John Robinson, J Milner

Thomas and Robert admitted 28th September 1763.
