To my daughters Sarah Bradley, Diana Bradley, and Jane Bradley, £30 each; to be paid as follows : £10 each when my son John Bradley reaches 21, and £30 each after the death of my wife Mary Bradley. Should any of my daughters die before reaching 21 then their share to fall to my son John.

Residue of my real and personal estate to my son John, chargeable with an annuity of £3 to my wife.

I appoint my wife Executrix.
