My half share in a Copyhold estate in Felliscliffe, now occupied by my brother, Timothy Skaife, for which he has paid me an annual rent of £3, to my wife Jane Skaife. At her death the same to my daughter Anne Skaife.

Residue of my estate, goods and chattels, to my wife, whom I appoint Executrix.
