Knaresborough, Wife of John Simpson, Surgeon

Whereas I and my husband have surrendered the house and 7 acres of land in Clifton with Norwood, previously in the several possessions of Sarah Jeffrey, Thomas Watson, Joseph Watson, to the use of my husband and immediately at his death to William Simpson of Felliscliffe, Gentleman, and Henry Simpson of Hampsthwaite, Butcher.

I now give that property, on the death of my husband, to my son William. Should he be dead, then the same to Aaron Manby, son of Thomas Manby, late of Knaresborough, deceased.
