To my son William Williamson all my real estate in the Hollins, where I now live, chargeable with £50 to my daughter Ann Williamson.

To my son John Williamson my land at Saltergate, now occupied by Isaac Ingleson, chargeable with £120 to my daughter Ann.

To my brother [not named] 20s and some of my clothes.

Residue of my estate to my two sons, whom I appoint Executors.
