To my son Joseph Hardisty, whom I appoint Executor, 1½ houses, the outbuildings, crofts, and closes, at Redshaw in the Township of Thruscross, now occupied by William Hardisty the younger. Also all my goods, chattels and personal estate.

To my son William 5s.

Residue of my estate equally amongst my six children (excluding William).
